Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery

All orders can take up to 2 days to despatch however I will always aim to send them earlier. If you require same day delivery, please email me louise@cocolulu.co.uk. We offer 1st class, 2nd class and special delivery by 1pm.

 1st class shipping - £4.50

2nd class shipping - £3.50

Special delivery by 1pm tracked - £7

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order please feel free to get in touch and we would be more than happy to replace all purchases within reason.  Do not fear! All pieces are carefully cared for as if they were for our own, we will ensure everything is as perfect as possible.

 

Refunds

We will issue a refund for any products that cannot be replaced if they arrive broken.
